Clear the diary on this phone

Open Me → Clear the diary on this phone and confirm. This removes the meals, local notes and saved meal thumbnails on that phone. You can also delete an individual meal. PlateWise does not synchronize the diary to a cloud account; operating-system backups are managed separately through your phone settings.

Delete your service account data

Open Me → Delete account and follow the confirmation steps. PlateWise uses a device-linked service identity and may offer account linking on Android. The deletion request identifies the active service account. When the service accepts the request, PlateWise also clears the diary on that phone. Keep the request reference and follow any status shown in the app; acceptance is not a claim that server processing has already finished.

Deletion removes access to the associated account and unused balance. Save anything you need before confirming. Credits associated with a deleted account cannot be recovered through the deleted identity.

If you cannot use the app

Email [email protected] with the subject Delete PlateWise account data. Include PlateWise, your platform, any deletion request reference, and the email linked to your PlateWise account if applicable. A store order reference can help locate purchase records. If you cannot identify the records, explain the problem and support will help verify the request. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or unnecessary meal photos.

Records covered by the request

The request covers personal data associated with the service identity, including its profile, credit balance, locatable usage and diagnostic records, and AI request records under our control. Purchase, refund, tax, security, fraud-prevention, and deletion-audit records may be retained where required by law or necessary to meet those limited purposes. A site-specific cryptographic device marker and an exhausted-starter-allowance flag are retained without automatic expiry to prevent repeated free-allowance claims. Cancel subscriptions separately

Deletion does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel through Apple subscription settings or Google Play subscriptions to stop future renewal charges.
